Standard questions that are cranked out by corporate they don't care how you answer as long as it's something that sounds good they just want to fill out their answer box and move on. Other companies will specifically ask questions pertaining directly to your job and discuss your goals you want to accomplish with the company and see what you'll bring to them. Home depot just wants a warm body

I interviewed at Orchard and it was a joke. They read off a list from corporate like a computer. One question was, What have you done in your community that you were given an award or recognition.
