
One there's never any coverage as one they don't schedule properly two they don't pay enough or offer full time right away so even if they hire someone new they only last so long before they move on to a better paying job
Our store coverage is ridiculously poor. We always have at least one department covering 2 other departments at all times. When we have coverage, nobody wants to help the customers when called upon, which in turn means no coverage again.
In my dept. we have more than enough coverage. In other departments that is not even close to the case.
