Unfortunately, even though we have remote access; there is no work from home policy or even flexible work hours allowed. Upper management wants everyone in the office between 9-5pm. Occasionally, in special circumstances, for instance; if there is a house repair you have to be home for; you can work from home if your manager signs off. This is specifically for the Marketing Creative department.
We have "flextime" where people are expected to work on core "power-hours" from 10-3 but can take appointments outside that time (and, theoretically, still work an 8 hour day). Sometimes people do work-from-home days but since all work is supposed to be done in pairs, work-from home is usually unproductive.
To my knowledge, no such thing. It's a warehouse that depends on employees to be there. You clock in and clock out; only way to get paid. Perhaps if you're management, there's wiggle room. But I doubt it.
supposed to be no work home policy , but salary people can still call from home or send emails from home telling you what to do ????????????????!
It depends on the manager, team and workload. Generally it is not encouraged to work from home but there are arrangements that are made.
Not many work at home opportunities
Can't work off the clock,
They don't have one
