What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are inclusive, communicative, and transparent.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually providing leadership skills training.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Mental health is paid 100%, in and out of network.
The equity and performance bonuses. If you demonstrate high performance, embody the company's core values, and are committed to making the world smarter, happier, and richer, you will will be rewardly nicely.
The benefits are exceptional and would be difficult for another employer to match.
Culture is part of the compensation. For all the things rewarded every paycheck or every holiday season, there are little surprises all the time to delight us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be nice if they actually came up with original content instead of just receiving those under the table boxes full of cash to spit out regurgitated, old stock articles. The cash drops are usually delivered on Tuesdays or Thursdays, its never a set time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always supportive and by my side all the way to the end
We all trust one another, have each other's backs, and genuinely enjoy working with one another. The Fool does a great job of hiring good people who are good at what they do. Our culture is the best!
We are a company of outliers. There's no judgment and you find people that genuinely care about your well-being.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually talking to one another would help
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are generally pleasant to work with and it's a nice environment.
Let you work at your own pace
We trust each other and have each other's backs.
The ops team provides us with treats and surprises. The people are genuinely nice, and are generous with praise.
The way we treat people. We celebrate often.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better CFO and CEO, basically
What did you like most about the interview process?
Exiting that oddly decorated room, and having to take a polygraph test
The thing I liked most is that it was very easy
I had the opportunity to ask hard questions to the interviewers, and I liked the answers I received.
We screen for fit. Not just culture fit but team dynamics. We're looking for people who will help us fill gaps. Our recruiting team is REALLY good at this.

What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being able to work from home. The work life balance is great.
The autonomy I get in my role.
The freedom to do what I do best. I'm fully supported.
I've got lots of autonomy, a flexible schedule, the work is interesting, and the team is supportive, and I get along really well with my manager.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper management needs some management, and a refresher course on serial harassment training.
