Review from Customer Success Dept

Pay is good - other benefits, not so much.

The healthcare benefits. While I did not take part in the Pet insurance this, I definetly will next year!

Review from Operations Dept

The pay is good and the benefit selection is good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It's not that I feel undervalued, I said I'm not getting paid enough because with prices going up its hard to be able to afford rent / car insurance / other bills that are necessary. I feel like $20.00 for the FOA's would be manageable.

Review from Customer Success Dept

For the work I've been doing. I firmly believe that I and many employees in the company deserve better compensation as we are a specialty practice. There are fast food chains with better pay rates than what TOI is paying their employees.

Review from Admin Dept

Firstly, I do enjoy working at TOI. The patients and co-workers are amazing. My personal compensation has always been an issue because I did take a significant pay cut when taking this position. My length of experience, I feel, would have afforded me a better hourly wage.

Review from Operations Dept

Overworked due to unsufficient and inadequate help.

Review from Operations Dept

Not being given the appropriate title/position and compensation for the amount of work and effort being performed

Review from Finance Dept

I have many years of experience and those who do not have the experience that I have is getting paid more than me. Management makes you feel voiceless. They tell you to do it their way and forget what you know. That is not right. I should be paid more.

Review from Customer Support Dept

compared to others in the same field an same experience, I am not getting paid accordingly, Raises are so discouraging.

The average healthcare operations manager salary in my local area pays an average of $115,000 per year and up to $150,000 per year for managing one office and not multiple offices as TOI does . A substantial raise ( not 3%), more retirement matching would make me feel better.

Review from Operations Dept

I would like more insight into merit raises, promotions, or annual raises. I also would like to see more information about annual reviews, probation periods, etc.

Review from Communications Dept

I am not asked how I am doing, what can be done to address my needs and in general, I am not being given a reason to stay. I am just expected to work long hours and make personal sacrifices with no appreciation or recognition.

Review from Executive Dept

I feel like my total experience here at TOI is not valued and paid fairly as in my base salary not my promotions and pay increases. I would like an evaluation of what other position are similar to mine at other companies and what they are paying

Review from Operations Dept

I do more work than I feel I get paid for, and feel a competitive increase would even it out.

Review from Operations Dept

The amount of work put on our shoulders to get to the next level, without the appreciation can be alot at points. Compensation would help

Review from Finance Dept

we worked so hard for this company and seems we don't feel appreciated.

Review from Customer Success Dept

With the inflation now we should get better pay.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It's a fair paid base on experience, but its no whoa.

Review from Admin Dept

Because I am undervalued at this job. Will take care of numerous patients and help MDs and fellow APPs for less than an optimal amount of money, only for there to be a job posting later advertising for more money than I currently make. Also various people ask for favors and do not return them.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I do not think I am paid enough for my position in my area my position is starting at 3 to 4 dollars an hour more than what I currently make.

Review from Operations Dept

I did not expect to make this much less than what I did for family practice. I do understand that there is a method and a process to things. I am not unhappy, but would like to be making more since I have been doing this job for >10 years now.

Review from Operations Dept
