Delegation of responsibilities and time management
Review from Finance Dept
They need to listen to the employees and not bully the employees. They tell the employees to do what you are told and their is no other way.

Review from Operations Dept
It's not that I feel undervalued, I said I'm not getting paid enough because with prices going up its hard to be able to afford rent / car insurance / other bills that are necessary. I feel like $20.00 for the FOA's would be manageable.
Review from Customer Success Dept
For the work I've been doing. I firmly believe that I and many employees in the company deserve better compensation as we are a specialty practice. There are fast food chains with better pay rates than what TOI is paying their employees.
Review from Admin Dept
Firstly, I do enjoy working at TOI. The patients and co-workers are amazing. My personal compensation has always been an issue because I did take a significant pay cut when taking this position. My length of experience, I feel, would have afforded me a better hourly wage.
Review from Operations Dept
Overworked due to unsufficient and inadequate help.
Review from Operations Dept
Not being given the appropriate title/position and compensation for the amount of work and effort being performed
Review from Finance Dept
Our two therapists are amazing and give 100% of themselves. The third teammate is not reliable and has no drive.
Review from Operations Dept
Initiative and cooperation to work as a team
Review from Finance Dept
Better communication and respecting each other.
Review from Admin Dept
We need a whole new team that has the patients best interest in mind. Not just a team who works just for a pay check.
Review from Admin Dept
Communication is key to any good work environment.
Review from Customer Success Dept
More money with better benefits, managers showing support to their employees for advancement in their careers.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Put effort into keeping meaningfully valuable employees, it's NOT true that everyone is replaceable - valuable people leave unfillable holes. Kindness & empathy should be requisite in new-hires, especially leaders. ALL management should be motivated by helping people rather than making more money.

Negative environment and coworkers in all honesty
Review from Admin Dept
I'm exhausted and not getting enough resources or appreciation for the work I'm doing. It seems as though the focus is only on programs that generate revenue.
