What makes you most happy at work?

Working with small teams to create new features and improvements. Alot of leeway in how to be successful.

I enjoy change and new challenges, which there is no lack of at The Seattle Times. I am never bored!

The intellectual horsepower of the people here is incredible. Between that and their general demeanor, I feel respected even on the hardest days.

The mission: we're one of the last independent newspapers in the country.

Compensation... if everyone received a $5K raise, this place would feel a whole lot better.
