What are some of the best things about your team?

Good-natured, big-hearted people who are flexible and understanding. Never feels political.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is so dedicated to the mission. Never any question that we're all in this together.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Smart, compassionate, innovative bunch of work tirelessly in support of the mission. Some of the most humble people I've ever met.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Large cross-section of our workforce including a few from other departments. I met nearly 18 people over the course of three interviews.

What makes you most happy at work?

The intellectual horsepower of the people here is incredible. Between that and their general demeanor, I feel respected even on the hardest days.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Might be the worst part about working here. We're paid fairly for the industry but hard to live in Seattle on current wages. Harder every year.
