Caring, constantly keeping busy, intelligent, practical... and always leaving the door open for communication.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Could make more elsewhere but choose to stay here for the growth and people.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Compensation... if everyone received a $5K raise, this place would feel a whole lot better.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Personable, friendly, consistent, and helpful. Will fill in if I can't. Everyone is cross-trained to help out if there's a hole.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Busy, fast work, with dedicated people. Never feels like we're wasting time on something unimportant but also never feels like there's any time to waste.
