Very open to sharing position of company and initiatives

Be more curious about the facts when employees raise concerns. Not all toxic and bullying behavior visible. It can also manifest, for example, as withholding resources, setting someone up for failure, or even launching whisper campaigns, for example.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k match and work from home
Health coverage is ok. Dental could be better.
