What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

the company culture is tepid.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I did not have to do a panel interview at the time. However, now they do.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working remotely. more productive than ever. there is still interaction with my associates via video conferencing.

What are some of the best things about your team?

associates in my department are just as much a reason for staying as job security. Intelligent, innovative, passionate, considerate people

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Highest level of management does not listen to their employees...we are a subsidiary, so we must do what the parent company says, not what might be best for us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

there should never be more than a 5% difference in salary for those with similar tasks. bonuses should be based on performance, not what the overall international company does. (they just changed it, so we'll see how that works out). higher 401K matching. currently it is only 50% match on 5%.
