The most positive thing is when we get to close the doors
They were friendly and engaging, and made the job sounds like fun
Listening to their employees. They're making way too many changes aggravating the employees and the customers and making everyone's job harder
Stop making things so complicated. Stop changing things every other day, and listen to your individual store employees about the issues we are having so they can get fixed
Nobody at UPS store corporate seems to care. We have come to them on multiple occasions with issues at our store with little to no response or they just brush it off because they don't want to fix the issue
