My overall experience has been fine, pretty much what I expect although, sometimes the amount of task to be done in a day makes work seem overwhelming.

We tend to cater to a more professional clientele, so the atomsphere is often cordial compared to other retail locations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pair back all the services we provide so that we can focus on doing a few (like shipping & packing) well

People who work for us tend to be sociable and that makes the time go by faster, especially when dealing with the public.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It feels like they are trying to be everything to everyone - which as many people know, makes you sub-par at everything you are attempting.
