They need to understand the workings of TUPSS from the store perspective.

The variety of services we offer. We are really a Service company at heart.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no benefit package setup for franchisees or their employees. With nearly 5,000 stores, Home Office should easily have the purchasing power yet fails to deliver.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The support structure has been cut again and again. It is hard to assist a customer when we cannot get immediate support ourselves. Improving technologies and giving back more control of the support to the stores would alleviate this issue.
