The leadership at the store is great it's the support from UPS and the corporate office that is awful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The name UPS is written everywhere but we get to enjoy none of the benefits that an actual UPS employee gets! But all of the abuse!
