The leadership does take the time to listen and have a pretty much open door policy. Which i believe is very inviting for change, and ways to better the backbone of TWG. My department offers room to grow, and ways to do so. But this varies.
Leadership takes an active role in employee satisfaction and is accessible.
The leadership team is solid and keeps their employees at top of mind. Especially during the pandemic, leadership provided good communication and took measures early to keep the employees and business safe.
They want to make thing work right- they are driven
The Wine Group offers competitive wages as well as an exceptional benefits/retirement plan for the area. Most pay is slightly less than Bay Area, but enough to be slightly above Central Valley pay. The best part is the annual raise based on work performance.
the health and dental benefits are outstanding but I really value the 401k matching benefit.
I didnt get much of a compensation package from this company .
Great benefits and retirement package but includes cool extras like cancer and pet insurance.
There is a lot of team building work we do in general as a project is given to us. This builds a good rapport within your department. This also gives us time on effective ways to communicate amongst each other as this may vary from person to person.
My team members are great at their jobs and we support each other.
Great teamwork and culture, fun, energetic
Passionate, professional, and genuine people that I like to be around.
The culture is relaxed yet professional. I feel comfortable being myself and I feel supported by those around me.
We work hard and we have fun, too.
We all work hard play hard
The culture is positive and supportive.
There seems to be a good sense of camaraderie, striving to be better than what we were yesterday. I feel we can always give input without the fear of retaliation. Now whether that is ran with or not is another story, but this is almost universal with any company.
Very organized and easy process
I interviewed with a variety of people from different levels of the company. I like that because it means that leaders are engaged with who the company hires, even entry level roles.
The recruiter let me know exactly who I would be interviewing with and provided great detail so that I felt confident going in.
Very inviting , explaining all the differnt brands and explaining the companys history .
The questions were on point with what i would ask an employee to be hired. The friendliness and professionalism was exceptional as well.
The people I get to work with.
I know that the company values my contributions. I feel like my voice is heard and I make a difference.
Leaving at the end of the shift to get some much needed sleep .
I know that the work I do makes a difference for the company and I'm not just a number
The ability to work in an open environment. I am consistently happy to work in a place that allows me to work with certain programs that may not be available elsewhere.
