Always engaged and willing to help. Employees have autonomy to provide great service without any micromanagement. In my opinion, this improves everyone's efficiency and overall attitudes while at work. Everyone seems happy and that energy is contagious.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The previous leadership team was wonderful but there was a recent very suspicious reorg at the company after they fought for more pay. New leadership is absolutely terrible.
