Standing up to people that are not doing their jobs.

At the time i liked that it was wasy and comfotable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We got a small raise and they paid a ceo they didnt even retain millions of dollars.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to realize there are too many variables affecting rate. They think we all are machines, and expect speed ,when the equipment and material affect how fast you can produce.
