The annual bonus about a month salary.
The salary was fair for the most part but often lower than the industry standard in some departments.
the annual bonus incentive plan

There is an imbalace in companesation.
Salaries are not competitive to market
This company needs to do better across the board. Make a product that will last, not to break down in two years. Our customers will go elsewhere
Review from Product Dept
Not paid enough, bad benefits, crazy deadlines
Being paid more for my advanced degrees and expertise I bring to my role!
Minority is always undervalued. Even if you're smart and proactive. They'll leave you in a Limbo.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Higher pay, I have a masters but I'm not seeing the kind of pay I would expect for it
Incentives that are not broken promises
Pay seems on the low end. We have been given many bonuses over the past two years to address this, and a meager raise. More could be done, though. However, the pay is sufficient for life in the Buffalo/Niagara area.
I am just overworked thats all
I donn't think I'm being paid well enough and I don't see the promotion path forward
I feel that most major companies are struggling to pay employees their worth. However, my position requires a bachelors degree and I'm paid the same/ slightly less than those in manufacturing where they only need a high school diploma.
I believe my salary should be higher
Review from Engineering Dept
Being paid commensurate with experience
To receive compensation as per market average atleast
Last position(Frederick,MD) promotion is tied to politics . In order to be promoted you have to nood your head and follow. Your opinion is irrelevant. Attrition rate and morale is horrible.
I feel undervalued because of upper management and pay/benifits. They give workers in other countries get more paid time off than we get, and our pay raises are pitiful compared to how much we made during the pandemic for the company and CEO. Nothing happens without the factory floor workers.
the work is 24x7 and there is no acknowledgment of contribution - I'd like a performance bonus addition and options awards (and RSU's)
