The interview was thought provoking

The interview process makes you relaxed to answer any question. The different styles to the interview brings professionalism and the ability to meet different people from both the professional service and Operations

It was very thorough and I met with many different roles, outside of the one I was interviewing for.

People make the company, this is especially true for a services organization. So a lot of time and energy is invested in trying to find the right fit at the company.
