Leardership team is always there in case we need any help and they are constantly working on improving things here.
They listen and act with purpose

More women in. Senior positions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is good.

The organisation makes a conscious effort to ensure that no one who has spent reasonable time and proved their value gets compensated fairly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is below industry benchmarks and salary adjustments are minuscule.

Men are paid more and advance faster. Especially Indian men.

The interview was thought provoking
The interview process makes you relaxed to answer any question. The different styles to the interview brings professionalism and the ability to meet different people from both the professional service and Operations
It was very thorough and I met with many different roles, outside of the one I was interviewing for.
People make the company, this is especially true for a services organization. So a lot of time and energy is invested in trying to find the right fit at the company.
