The organisation makes a conscious effort to ensure that no one who has spent reasonable time and proved their value gets compensated fairly.

What makes you most happy at work?

The freedom to grow my skills, culture of continuous improvement and knowledge that my concerns will be heard seriously and with an open mind really make me happy at work.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team has been trying hard to maintain our unique culture and values through the changes in ownership and this will continue to be a challenge for us going forward.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We value, embrace and celebrate diversity. We also treat each person like a individual with their own strengths and skills, rather than "resources" to be moved around as per someone's whims.

What did you like most about the interview process?

People make the company, this is especially true for a services organization. So a lot of time and energy is invested in trying to find the right fit at the company.
