If you no longer wish to receive any communication from us after your membership expires, you will have the option to opt out.

At the end of your free Thrive Gives membership period, you will have the option to either re-apply for a Thrive Gives membership or become a paid Thrive Market member and help another person in need get a free membership.

When you place your gift order, we will send you an order confirmation. At the same time, we will send an email containing a coupon code to the gift recipient at the email address that you provided at the time of purchase. For privacy reasons, were unable to notify you if a recipient has received or redeemed the gift of membership.

You can give the gift of Thrive Market membership to anyone you choose, but please note that we currently only ship to residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada, but hope to do so in the near future.

Similar to a paid Thrive Market membership, a gift membership will automatically renew at the end of the year. The membership charge will be applied to the recipients payment method on file, not to the payment method used by the purchaser of the gift membership.

If you deliver your gift membership via email, the membership starts when the recipient visits the link in the gift email to create a Thrive Market account and start shopping. Ifyou'veopted to print the gift card, the membership starts when the recipient visits the website via the designated link and redeems the coupon code for the free membership.

Thrive Market shopping credits never expire. The specified amount is credited to the recipients account and applied to their next order.

Hate running out of your favorite products? Autoship allows you to set monthly deliveries of your favorite products. All you need to do is set it and forget it! Autoship is only available to Thrive Market members.

If your order was placed more than 30 minutes ago, your order has likely synced with our warehouse and is already being processed. If this is the case, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.

We distribute free memberships directly on our site and use a third party verification system to verify applicants. With just a little bit of information, we are able to instantly verify if applicants are teachers, students, veterans, or from a low-income family. If you fall into one of these categories, check to see if you qualify for a free membership: thrivemarket.com/givingapp.

Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States via ground shipping methods only.

At this time, Thrive Market accepts payment from the following credit card companies: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Thrive Market also accepts payment via Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Thrive Market eGift Cards.

At this time, all Thrive Market gift cards are electronic. Should someone purchase a gift card for you, you will receive an email that includes a code to enter on the "Enter Gift Card" section of the checkout page. The amount on the gift card will automatically apply to your order.

Every $1 in Thrive Cash you earn equals $1 to spend on the Site. To ensure our Frozen meat and seafood bundles do not arrive thawed, we will ship bundles Monday - Wednesday and Thursday (for select states). This is a preventative measure to ensure your package does not experience delays over the weekend.
