Everyone is on top of their tasks and gets their work done!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is definitely younger but that doesn't mean they are incapable. Young eager and intelligent team to work with!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is definitely good, although I wish healthcare was better. Stinks we still have to pay for it. That's my main complaint!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy how involved Nick is with the company. It's obvious he's trying to build a work environment where everyone feels like they are part of something larger.
