My team is hardworking, committed and engaged. There are no conflicting personalities. Every team member is dedicated to attaining the same goal.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture has taken a turn for the better over the the last few months. Leadership has realized how important it is for employees to be engaged and feel like they are a part of something bigger. The culture team has made some great strides. I'm hoping this continues to improve.
