What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Creative think tank, very open in regards to set-up. Side rooms to brainstorm and have meetings. Closely knit group, that displays a team first dynamic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am provided with more than adequate sick time off as well as paid vacation days. They provide a freedom of choice that I have not found with prior employment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Thrive, takes the extra time to really address issues/concerns with all employees. Our voice matters and generally thoughts we have on new processes will be implemented or considered.

Very energetic team, that has a genuine love for healthy living and the mission behind Thrive Market. Everyone is volunteer oriented and shows true passion to make healthy eating easier for all.
