I was shocked to see how approachable the management team is here! Within a week of working here I had already met the VP of my department (who's the funniest guy ever)

You feed off of other people's high energy and it just makes your day! My team and I look forward to going to work every day and that I think creates a happy and healthy work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone shares similar values of living a healthy life. I really value and appreciate that! I was looking for a company like this and I found it. Everyone is approachable and we're all friends. I love my team so much!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Absolutely every single person cares for your health and wellness, which I appreciate so much. We all strive to thrive :) having likeminded people really affects the energy in the company. Everyone is so positive and happy to come to work everyday!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was super authentic and straightforward. I could tell they were being 100% honest with everything that they said and i really appreciated that. Also, I could actually see myself being friends with the people who interviewed me (which is now true!)
