What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, I can't reiterate enough how incredible the love and happiness everyday at work. Everyone comes in with a smile on their face and it remains there even on our tougher days. Every person here is truly a bucket of sunshine.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I truly cannot express it enough how incredible these people are. I have never been so happy to come in to work. The days and hours may be long together, but the end of everyday comes so soon with the endless laughs, love, and hard work we accomplish together. This team MADE Thrive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved the transparency, the patience, and the loving nature each leader showed us each step of the way. They showed us how to be excellent by example. And truly, the group of girls I trained with are now some of my best friends, along with our trainer Dillon, who is an outstanding human being.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I did come from a company that was paying me more, so it was definitely an adjustment, but I love the people, our mission, and the company, so I am more than willing to work my way there and GROW and climb the ladder steadily to grow within the company-- with a better salary to come with it.
