We have been through a lot. I have been through four CEOs and all but the current one seemed more interested in harvesting the remaining profits from a declining company. The new CEO gave as a direction to move into the future, using our legacy business as a platform to launch the new product.

It is a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone knows we have a big job ahead of us, but everyone I talk with is excited about the future.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a vision for the future. They see us as a company that can pivot from an industry that is in decline to one that has a great deal of growth potential.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a leader that is a great leader and cares about his people. He is excellent and helping us solve problems and then getting out of the way to let us get the job done.
