They used to pretty good but the merger with keap (infusionsoft) is not ideal

As a business advisor, I have a manager, a division manager, and a regional vice president I interact with on a regular basis. It's easy to reach any of them and ALL are extremely approachable.

Honest communication, no sugar coating
Open, honest communication from the leadership team. They tell it like it is (good or bad) and i appreciate that.

Eliminate cronyism, reward merit, retain talent
Honesty, integrity and valuing their employees
Caring for employees and for customers. Totally lack that from the ceo and his underlings. Created thryv foundation for tax reasons. Fully funding marketing and employees through the fake front of helping smb
