Unless you are in sales you will be under appreciated and over worked. Managers are so intimidated by questions that they are shutting down internal inovation

Was great, but now that the Chief Revenue Officer left, they seem to have lost their way. Entire parts of the org have had their workload cut off to cut the cost per client, but it has only resulted in less sales, and overemployment.

Annual compensation continues to decrease, layoffs are constant causing increased workload for those remaining. Zero job security. Employee morale is in the toilet.

Ive got 22 years in the company and we have defined trajectory and goal. Our leadership as a specific vision which is shared by the employees. Our culture is a winning culture with being elite in everything we do as our driver

Corporate greed at it's finest. Rapidly increasing shareholder value while minimizing stakeholder value. Employees are severely under-valued and customers lack decent support and set-up for their software products. Their digital marketing product lacks transparency and the benefit is negligible.

They used to pretty good but the merger with keap (infusionsoft) is not ideal

That they figured out remote work is successful

They are approachable and have an open door policy. Our leadership team goes above and beyond to provide a winning culture where the highest form is the Business Advisor as we are customer facing and the front line.

Supervisors are great, executives don't listen to their employees at all.

Great PTO good salary for dallas area and a decent WLB

We have the opportunity to write our own check. The only person holding us back is ourselves. Leadership provides all the training and tools we cold ever need.

Pay is low for the industry. Benefits are not good. Coinsurance and 1% 401k match only paid out the Jan of the following year not per pay period.

401k match was decreased dramatically. Annual merit increases are minimal. Employee morale is at rock bottom. Do better!

Ability to get along and work well together

Since we gave gone to out sourcing it seems more difficult to understand each other and we arent as relatable. We also get no time to team build.

Get us together more often

We don't have a culture, everyone works remotely. When you do see co-workers it is at corporate events that are executives pouring over mundane numbers that we already know.

Sharing positive experiences regularly to create a teamwork to overcome the inevitable challenges of a sales environment.

Best thing to do would be leave this toxic environment.

Everyone seems to get along, and everyone complains abot the same issues

Better pay, less accounts; give the sales team less control.

Joe Walsh, CEO, is a horrible man who has no idea or passion for the regular person. Talks a big game, but most interested in lining his pockets and those of his friends.
