Working at TIBCO has been a tremendous opportunity, I had a chance to grow here, but I feel like at this moment I may be forced to look outside due to the lack of opportunities and the lack of trust on the leads from my department.

TIBCO's success is all about the people, people working here is amazing, always willing to help and to support each others, they definitely make the difference
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility on work and the ability to work under goals are really helpful and appreciated, is great to be threat as a person with human sense
What makes you most happy at work?
Have clear directions from the head of the department, not feeling we are going in the right direction but also not getting the right feedback from my manager is having me lost most of the time about where I'm going and how I'm performing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better compensation based on the market standards, salary increases yearly basis to mitigate the inflation country basis, some benefits are missing compared with the local market so will be great to be at the level of the top companies, compensation could be significantly improved
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I would like them to work on making sure the TIBCO's culture and values is experienced the same no matter which department or country you work from, seamless experience and better work on retaining talent as we have lost too much talent on the recent months and unfortunately we are not hiring
