not positive if offices are closed and you're not allowed to talk about anything other than weather in social channels
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
- improve compensation - focus on bottom line rather than on foreign policy or culture wars - abolish vaccination restrictions; there's not even a legal mandate any more
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
- increase compensation; the bonus at year end is always questionable even when the company is very profitable; the investor is raking in profits but with no stock options or similar compensation - dealing with Cigna has often become a hassle: MRI approval takes a lot of employee's time and effort
