meeting are after office hour disrupting my family time some even extent to late nights

All are busy with there work,when ever doubt is asked they tell mamanger i am asking this and that
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work i am doing is not according the previous work i do .I t would have much better but learning support from the team is needed well
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone need to try to look around what his teammates is doing do he need any help in term of product knowledge tools.or talk to them how to improve at work any new instruction. Rather than taking care self work and letting down other person.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have joined in jan.I need some one to give refresh training and let show me example of real work.Also have positive support,i need team to help.If this is environment one day a new joiner join i will also behave same way bcoz i was given the same value.We should help each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The person who join the organization need some buddy who should guide a new joiner to the process and have interaction on day to day basis and get them bit know to the process that way i and all can learn the product and work culture well. here some training for the purpose of demo is shown
