What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the intentionality around diversity issues as well as current events and causes (TIBCO for Good, for instance).
What makes you most happy at work?
I LOVE what I get to do, both technically and because of my team (that includes the wonderful mgmt chain I have)
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have the opportunity for cross group interactions, so I have been blessed with meeting many others in the company. My immediate group is off the charts smart, hard working, helpful, but also funny and enjoy some social interaction (not too much, though). It's a great team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Family medical plan is KEY! Also currently exercising several of the different reimbursement options. Those are VERY nice perks (like for a health club membership) BTW: I do not know if I am paid the same as a male counterpart - that would be very interesting to know.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ERGs have helped me tremendously and I feel good that they are helping others. The programming we are presented (mostly through those ERGs) is fabulous. My team culture is that we help each other - we care for, support and celebrate each other. I can NOT ask for anything more.
