The team is a close knit team that has been working together for many years and is like a family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are so many subsets of companies due to many acquisitions that it sometimes feels like we're forgotten and not part of the organization. Sometimes ideas are disregarded and effective changes are delayed.
