If there are eTickets for an event it depends on the set up of the venue and it is ultimately a decision of the event promoter. This is why we unfortunately can not sell eTickets for each event.

For all nominative ticket events as per the Decree Law of June 27, 2019 against “secondary ticketing”, you may change the name and surname found on the tickets after the purchase.

We remind you that, for all nominative ticket events, every entry ticket must state the name and surname of the actual participant at the event, as per the Decree Law above. On the evening of the event day, at the venue ID the event organizer will check that the ID card original document, no copy of the actual participant at the event and the name and surname on the ticket match. You may make a request to change the name on the tickets or to resale the tickets via official channels from April 1, 2020 through SaturdayMay 23,2020.

You are allowed to change the name ONLY ONCE per ticket.

When required under the Battelli law, the entry ticket must state the name and surname of the participant at the event.

At the venue entrance, the names on the tickets are being checked. If the names on the tickets are not correct and do not match with those on the identity cards, the tickets won’t be valid and you won’t be able to enter the venue.

It is a customer's responsibility to correctly enter the names of the ticket holders during the purchase. Special characters are not allowed: these will invalidate the admission tickets.

If the event is canceled, we ask you to send us a request for reimbursement, accompanied by your name and the order number. In case of a non-nominal ticket: free tickets can be assigned free of charge by attaching a proxy to you and a personal identification document.

In case of a nominal ticket: where applicable, in order to change the name on your ticket it is necessary to insert your name in the dedicated section. The cancellation of the title and the new issue of the ticket with the name updated, in the case of a traditional ticket, as follows to your request, this must be returned intact. Regarding the digital ticket, the access of the original ticket is deactivated. The conservation of the place will be guaranteed, if foreseen by the type of event.

The final confirmation of the order is not immediate and occurs after a series of checks that we carry out after we receive authorization of the payment by the payment circuit. These checks are concluded within the day. Once the checks are completed, a confirmation e-mail is sent and only then the credit card is charged, and the email is sent to the customer.
