The people, and the opportunities that come with being a large, established company that is still pivoting and changing all the time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the CEO grew up in the company. He seems like a good person who operates with integrity. I would give the leadership team a higher rating if they communicated more frequently and openly with the general employee population (especially about changes and goals).
