I don't feel under valued. I think the pay is fair, their benefits aret not that great. To be fair though my benefits come through my staffing company. all in all I think i am paid fairly.

Like I said. I don't believe upper management knows what they are doing, The designers don't use concepts to design which will always end in disaster. everyone is trying to appease the person above them ( at the top being shareholders) and the are of design is lost. They don't value their employe
