It CAN be an exciting place to be with excellent health benefits which are paid for by the company. Fairly paid, unfairly reviewed at mid year and year end. Bi- month OKRs feel agressive and don't resonate with some people.

I had known some people prior to joining and it made my interview process easy.

Leadership feels like a mixed bag. Some you see and appreicate, others you never see or hear from.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health plan is very good and covers a lot. Free one Medical membership + fairly decent dental especially ortho! Get your invisalign! I do not like that you can't use your bonus towards stock unless you're rated higher.
