Not being spoken down to at work. Travel compensation. The commute is horrible in socal and gas is expensive so is car insurance to stack on you require me to have reliable transportaion.
Better incentives for work, rewards for work done, appreciative ceremonies, and compensations for hard work.

The extra labor we put in so that costumers get a nice experience at the store is a lot harder than it sounds. Moving up in the company also is hard. Being paid above the minimum for those who deserve it should be granted a higher compensation, also getting commission would improve employee effort

I strive to excel and I'm encouraged to do so, but 1 of the senior partners always shoots down the idea of raises.
