Respecting employees they hire with disabilities

I did like my manager but then she lied and ddint give me hours and gave my position to someone else
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They dont give you paid breaks or even unpaid breaks unless you work over 8 hours. They pay below minimum wage and promise hours they dont give
