The leadership team needs to get a grip on reality. Nobody can simply rely on call outs from other people, they need a schedule so they can work their lives around work. Unfortunately working 0-1 days a week cannot help me afford insurance, gas, and food bills. Our store manager and DM don't get it.

Paying their employees actually and not lying
They dont give you paid breaks or even unpaid breaks unless you work over 8 hours. They pay below minimum wage and promise hours they dont give
Raises are non-existent, and you have to fight for the smallest increase
I dont get benefits and they overwork or dont work you enough
I took a 20 thousand dollar cut in pay to work here with hopes of moving up in the company
They literally didnt oay me
We dont have any leadership
Coworkers need to be more welcoming. It’s not a competition.
There is way too much drama. The store manager talks about everyone in a negative light in front of new associates, which fires up many of the people she talks about. She once called me entitled because I kept asking her for more hours. We should get better at confronting coworkers face to face.

My manager needs to be coached on how to communicate with her employees
Be a family, respect eachother.
Maybe dont have group interviews and tell people if they got the job or not on the spot
Better management teams to help the workers instead of criticizing them and having favorites within the store
People aren't receiving proper training from management which could be why the store tends to appear messy occasionally. Only some associates know how to keep the store nice yet they are the ones barely being scheduled. Customers could see this and possibly look down on our store, which I understand

DONT MESS WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES CHECKS.
Hypocriticalness and overall lack of appreciation.
Organized management. Respectful management that takes responsibility. Maybe give more hours to the employees you have instead of hiring even more people, like that makes sense.
