Paying their employees actually and not lying
If we took wage cost guidelines for corporate officals like we did the feilds, we might have bigger growth.
Not being disrespectful. I understand positions but we're still people. Also disrespecting service members.
My store manager has to plan better and be less micromanaging. They do not provide an enjoyable working space

Raises are non-existent, and you have to fight for the smallest increase
I dont get benefits and they overwork or dont work you enough
I took a 20 thousand dollar cut in pay to work here with hopes of moving up in the company
They literally didnt oay me
Pennsylvania's minimum wage is 15 per hour
We dont have any leadership
Coworkers need to be more welcoming. It’s not a competition.
Be a family, respect eachother.
Maybe dont have group interviews and tell people if they got the job or not on the spot
Better management teams to help the workers instead of criticizing them and having favorites within the store

Hypocriticalness and overall lack of appreciation.
Organized management. Respectful management that takes responsibility. Maybe give more hours to the employees you have instead of hiring even more people, like that makes sense.
