Tilting Point is getting more and more competitive with compensation packages. I love the progressive compensation and benefits offerings that have been put in place.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work overtime almost every day, many friends work more like me. we get no pay for overtime. we have no time for flex time they promise us.is lie. me and colleague are same position similar expierience and she get lower pay!!!

Pay higher salaries, at least industry standard.
