Friendly, careful, openfull, leaders, profesionals, freedom and responsibility mindset

Everyone cares about what they are doing and this company's growth. Tilting Point has done a great job this past year to make sure that we feel connected to our goals and that our work impacts our achievements.

they say the culture is important but there is no correct culture. I can't think of anything positive, but I like ticket restaurante benefit

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Higher pay - also pay for overtime.
