It's honestly great. I'm glad that I work at Les Schwab..I know other mechanics shops pay significanly more, but not when you count in benefits and environment. I have no qualms about where I work

My coworkers and the possibility of learning something new

They are very laid back, and always seem to put fairness over profits..which I believe to be an important part of running a business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing is that most of us are silly people, who are always trying to keep morale up, regardless of how easy/difficult the workday is.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were more geared towards what I wanted as an individual, than what the company needed. This made it feel like I was important to the company, before I was even hired
