Its a very small local town.

Doing the Right Thing is the Company motto and the culture is very strong. Employees are very committed to the company.

Commitment from the top down to practice genuine honesty and respect

The manager needs to be firm and not let people get away with things. The "lead" who is in the same position as us, is put to manage the schedule and workers, but he is very unfair. The manager knows about this and does not try to change it for the better, so now I am very unsatisfied at work

Change in management. More actual training and investing. Everything I've learned has been through trial and error and on my own.
