The pay they offered me

They claim that they will train anyone on tires and brakes.

It was unremarkable. I don't remember liking anything particular.

The manager talked to me with a positive attitude and went over the job description very thorough.

They really told me everything about the company from benefits to how they do stuff on cars

They were more geared towards what I wanted as an individual, than what the company needed. This made it feel like I was important to the company, before I was even hired

Have both managers show up for the interview. Have them be more organized with the questions and let you know ahead of time when the interview will be.

Be more straight forward. I wasnt prepared to not have a life outside of work.

They only wanted a warm body

Just not lying to a potential long term employee.
