Les Schwab Tire Centers Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

THEIR AMAZING AND UNDERSTANDING AND UNDERSTAND THERE IS LIFE OUTSIDE OF WORK AND HELP YOU BE YOUR BEST AT WORK

Top notch. Always trying, being a team player and keeping a positive attitude despite the boss.

They always suport me and treat me fairly. I can tell people confidently that management is looking out for my best interest.

Review from Sales Dept

My assistant manager is the best, all the bay leaders are great and my S&SP is great too

Everyone is on the same page

Flexibility support helpful happy honest

Their willingness to use mistakes as learning experiences

The assistant manager is always willing to give advice and teach, by far the best assistant manager I have worked with

The willingness to work with the employee and a flexible schedule that most managers will work with

Super understanding people, they work hard for their employees and do what they can to help students and work around their schedules

Review from Sales Dept

They are very laid back, and always seem to put fairness over profits..which I believe to be an important part of running a business.

Review from Sales Dept

They have the experience to train and help us improve our skills versus a lack of experience and an excess of micromanaging

Review from Sales Dept

They always consider what is best for the employees.

Friendly and professional always nice and pleasent

Review from Sales Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring for your loyal employees, and not treating them or their lives outside of work as disposable.

How to take care of new employees instead of throwing them to the wolves.

Review from Sales Dept

Being present in the store and training employees to be able to complete their jobs

Communicating with people and showing respect

Postive reinforcement, instead of negative comments. Encouraging employees instead of making them feel bad due to thier disabilities.

The leadership team needs to get better at actually leading the team rather than yelling orders at them. Threatening to fire employees over something small and cussing them out is not a good way to run a company. Working there has ruined my vision of Les Schwab

leading most the employees are lost on what there supposed to be doing

Hierarchical internal structure very in put from junior positions.
