The responsibility that is expected of me is too much for one staff. The non-pay benefits are also sub-par compared to similar jobs in the industry locally.
It's partially my fault because I accept as a position far lower than what I was qualified and experienced to be paid but I had hopes that once I was in and the company recognize my experience I would be compensated accordingly
