What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Trying to promote more accountability within teams and a culture of doing right by our customers
What do you like best about the leadership team?Experienced, empathetic, smart, they roll up their sleeves.
What did you like most about the interview process?At the time it was straightforward. I had a phone interview after submitting an email resume, followed by in person interview with a panel of staff and managers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?We no longer have enough staff to support our clients, improve the product and keep staff from burning out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The responsibility that is expected of me is too much for one staff. The non-pay benefits are also sub-par compared to similar jobs in the industry locally.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?The recruiter did not communicate accurately and ultimately told me I was not LeBron James quality
